I have recently placed an order for the Behringer Ultracoustic ACX 1000 amplifier. One of your people tried to call me but left a message to say that it was out of stock and would take a couple of weeks to come in. Thanks for letting me know - however, given this situation I need to cancel this order and re-order it from somewhere else as I am in need of an amplifier before the weekend.
This is a shame because you had the best price on the web. Thanks also for the phone call to let me know - I regard this as excellent customer service and wouldn't hesitate to order from you again or recommend the SLC to friends.
