UK Delivery
The standard delivery charge on most orders is £10.00 GBP or £3.00 GBP for some lightweight items including
lamps. Styli are sent free of charge. Some other products are also delivered free and this will be
clearly stated on the product information page. Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you
specify either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor.
Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of despatch (excluding weekends). Certain items may take longer
than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you
the option of cancelling your order.
International Delivery
Checkout delivery charges apply to UK mainland only. For overseas orders we will contact you by email to inform you of the
shipping cost prior to despatch of goods. You can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own
preferred courier.
Small Orders
On orders of less than £20 GBP in total (excluding shipping) there will be an administration fee of £3 GBP to cover processing costs. This will
be added during the checkout process. If you do not wish to pay this charge you can go back and add further
items to your shopping cart or cancel the order prior to payment.
Despatch Schedule
When goods are in stock, we aim to despatch all orders received by 12 noon (GMT) the same day. Any order received after that time will be
despatched the next working day. A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.
Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason you must follow our returns proceedure
(See Returns button below).
Returned goods will not be accepted unless the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside
of the package. Customers are responsible for all returned goods until they are signed for by ourselves. Please check with your courier
to ensure that the goods are insured for their full value. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
